Dr Nitish Grover has led Coast Dental as principal dentist since 2011, after beginning his career in Adelaide in 2009. Coming from a family of dentists, his interests lie in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and he’s a member of the Australian Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He completed his Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry through UCLA and the GIDE Institute of Dental Education.

There is no single fixed price for Invisalign®, because cost depends on your individual case. We offer payment plans and can process eligible private health insurance claims electronically through HICAPS at your appointment.

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, eftpos, cheque or cash. You will be asked to pay on the day of your treatment.
In most cases we can process your health fund claim electronically in our office through HICAPS, so you know the exact rebate and the balance you owe. Please bring your health fund card with you when you visit. For larger cases, credit can be organised through a third party. We are also preferred providers for Mutual Community, MBF, SGIC(BUPA) and Medibank Pvt Ltd. We also accept ACCESS MY SUPER.

Common questions about aligner wear, appointments, comfort and care.
Invisalign® is designed to be comfortable and most patients experience only minimal discomfort. You may notice mild pressure or tenderness when you move on to a new set of aligners. This is a normal sign of planned movement and generally settles within a few days.
Aligners are changed roughly every two weeks, moving on to the next stage in your planned sequence. Your dentist will confirm your specific schedule as part of your treatment plan.
Let us know as soon as possible. Depending on where you are in your treatment, we may have you move to the next set early or have a replacement made, so your progress isn’t disrupted for long.
Yes. As the aligners are removable, you can take them out for contact sports and use a mouthguard if needed, then place them back in afterwards.
Rinse your aligners each time you remove them and clean them with a soft toothbrush and lukewarm water as part of your daily routine. Avoid hot water, as it can distort the plastic.
Your initial consultation, including your 3D scan, generally takes longer than the regular progress reviews that follow once treatment is underway. We’ll let you know what to expect at each visit.
Invisalign® can be suitable for some overbite cases, particularly where the movement required falls within a mild to moderate range. Your dentist will assess your bite at the consultation to determine whether Invisalign® or another approach is more appropriate.
