We offer state-of-the-art braces treatment, using the latest techniques and technology to ensure that your child’s treatment is as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Our experienced Orthodontic clinicians will work closely with you and your child to create a personalised treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and concerns. We offer a range of braces options, including Fastbraces® and Invisalign, to ensure that your child receives the most appropriate treatment for their specific situation.
Convenient & Flexible Payment Options
Getting started is simple. Enroll in our PriceGuard Braces Plan by making an upfront payment of $1,000. This serves as a safety net for the practice and guarantees you fixed prices for your child’s braces treatment.
To make things simple, if a child begins orthodontic treatment at around ages 6-9, the treatment will likely be completed by the time they are 13-14. In this case, the full cost of the treatment will have been paid off before the child receives braces, and no interest will be charged.
However, if the child begins treatment after age 10, the treatment plan will be customised, and health funds may still be available to cover some of the cost of braces. There may be a lifetime limit to the amount of coverage, but if the patient pays for the treatment upfront, they can receive a refund from their insurance company by submitting a receipt for the services rendered.
Additionally, if a child is seen by us early (before they actually need braces), and treatment is not necessary, any payments made up until that point will be refunded, minus the $1,000 lock-in fee, which could then be used towards other treatments if applicable.

- To secure the lock-in contract, an upfront payment of $1,000 is required. This payment serves as a safety net for the practice to purchase the necessary braces equipment and is generally non-refundable.
- It is the responsibility of the patient’s guardian to arrange for the payment of installments. These installments can be paid on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, and should be remitted directly to the nominated account of the office using online payment methods or by visiting the practice to make a payment via card swipe or cash transaction at the designated time.
- In the event of a late payment, the contract may be terminated. The patient’s guardian will receive a single reminder of the due payment via text, email, and phone call, after which, failure to communicate would result in termination of the contract. While the cost of the remaining or upfront treatment will be refunded, the $1,000 safety net will not be subject to a refund.
- The lock-in pricing offer is valid for new patients only.
- The offer is applicable to orthodontic treatment plans.
- Discount would be offered for regular outlines, cleans, and fillings.
- It is compulsory to have the regular once a year X-ray or OPG.
- The lock-in pricing offer is valid for a period of six years from the date of the initial treatment, subject to various factors outlined below:
- If the patient is between the ages of 6-8, the implementation of the braces will likely occur at the age of 13-14. This may result in a prorated cost for a period of 2-6 years.
- If the patient is between the ages of 9-10, the cost will be adjusted to reflect the remaining years of the six-year period.
- In the event that the patient or guardian relocates and is unable to continue treatment, a refund will be issued for any outstanding treatments that have not yet been provided. However, please note that the $1,000 safety net will not be refunded.
- If the practice closes or is unable to provide the remaining treatments due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be provided for any remaining treatments that have not yet been provided. The $1,000 safety-net is not refundable.
- If the patient or guardian requests a refund before the completion of the treatment plan, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of treatments already provided and a prorated amount of the remaining treatments. The $1,000 safety-net is not refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for any treatments that have already been provided.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the practice.
- The practice reserves the right to deny a refund if the patient or guardian has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the lock-in pricing offer.
- The practice is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the patient or guardian as a result of the termination of treatment.
- The patient or guardian is responsible for providing the practice with accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure that any necessary refunds can be processed in a timely manner.
- The practice reserves the right to make changes to the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- If the patient has to be referred to a specialist for complex issues, a refund amount will be calculated based on the number of treatments already provided and a prorated amount of the remaining treatments. The $1,000 safety-net is not refundable.
- Private health funds are only accepted after the treatment has been completed and this needs to be done by the patient directly.
- The lock-in pricing offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- The lock-in pricing offer does not include the cost of any additional appliances or procedures that are required during the course of the treatment.
- The patient or guardian is responsible for scheduling and attending all appointments as scheduled.
- Failure to attend appointments may result in additional charges and may void the lock-in pricing offer.
- The practice reserves the right to terminate treatment if the patient fails to comply with the terms and conditions or if the Orthodontic Clinicians or the operating dentist determines that the treatment is no longer medically necessary.
- The patient or guardian is responsible for the full cost of treatment if treatment is terminated for any reason.
- By participating in the lock-in pricing offer, the patient or guardian agrees to comply with all terms and conditions.
